Measure, then size.
Use our reference chart as a starting point. Measure the actual garment and set each artwork’s printed width.
Put several designs on one print-sized sheet for your DTF print shop. Set each design’s size and quantity, then check the file before ordering.
Delete the stored copy? Your current workspace stays open. Autosave pauses until you choose Save draft now.
Upload your artwork, or try a sample with two designs, two sizes, and eight copies.

Wait for every upload to finish (100% or the shop’s completion message). Check the attached PNG filename and selected sheet size in the cart.
For one batch, print each distinct PNG once. If the shop takes one file per item, order quantity is 1 per PNG, not the number of designs inside it. Confirm the shop’s rules when uploading several files together. See the ordering examples →
A ZIP with transparent PNG sheets at 300 PPI, a readable order summary (TXT), and a technical manifest (JSON). Preview backgrounds, guides and selection boxes are excluded. No mirroring. Verify split sheets and color requirements with your printer.
Start with a PNG, or use our original sample artwork.
Artwork and layouts autosave in this browser. Wait for “Draft saved” before leaving. Clearing the job also clears its saved draft. Deleting only the saved draft leaves this workspace open and pauses autosave. Changes to sizes, quantities or sheet rules automatically reset manual placements.
A gang sheet puts several transfers on one file. Set the physical sizes first; arranging them comes next.
Use our reference chart as a starting point. Measure the actual garment and set each artwork’s printed width.
Add quantities, enter your print shop’s roll width and spacing, then arrange. Adjust any copy by hand.
Review resolution, dimensions and counts. Unzip the download, read the order summary, and confirm the PNG dimensions with your shop before ordering.
Adult, youth and little sizes. Practical width ranges with sources, a pixel checker, and a free printable reference.

Follow the tutorial →Clear output rules are part of the tool. A layout check is one step in preparing a print job.
The tutorial’s eight-copy job: 22 × 8.75 in, 6,600 × 2,625 pixels, transparent PNG + readable order summary. Download the checked sample ZIP ↓
File geometry is checked by the tool. One supplier’s PNG upload and unpaid cart were checked; production printing has not been verified. Confirm your own shop’s requirements.
Yes. This local beta requires no account, adds no watermark, and exports a ZIP of PNG sheets and a separate job manifest.
PPI describes image pixels per printed inch. DTF shops often call it DPI. The artwork checker reports effective PPI from source pixels; the exported PNG includes 300 PPI resolution metadata.
It compares 21 shelf and free-rectangle candidates, including the previous algorithm, and selects a complete checked layout by total used length in trimmed mode. Fixed shop length prioritizes fewer sheets, then shorter used length. Rotation is optional. It preserves counts and minimum spacing, but does not guarantee the shortest possible sheet or calculate a print price. Manual moves recalculate used sheet lengths. Fixed exports keep the chosen shop length and block download if a copy crosses the sheet limit. Changing sizes, quantities or sheet rules rearranges the job and resets manual placements.
Confirm the shop’s usable width, margins, minimum gaps, PNG support, color requirements and whether it accepts separate sheets. This tool does not promise universal supplier compatibility.
No. PrintCraft helps prepare artwork for a print shop you choose. It is not a transfer supplier.
